4. Refund Policy

4.1 Legal Services

Clients may request a refund or option to reschedule up to 48 hours before commencement. To request, contact us via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed through the original payment method within 14 days.

Custom counsel sessions scheduled at specific client times are not eligible for refund once the counsel has begun, due to resource allocation. However, a reschedule may be arranged upon mutual agreement.

4.2 Information Products

Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided no downloads have been accessed. To request, use our contact form. Upon approval, reimbursement will occur within 7 days.

4.3 Physical Goods

Unused items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Use the contact form to initiate. Goods must be shipped back in original packaging. Reimbursements occur after inspection within 14 days.

5. Schedule Adjustments

Requests to modify service dates must be made via our contact form at least 48 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability.

6. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific offering. We are not liable for indirect damages.
